Order Handler – Interim Position with Opportunity for Permanent Employment to Emerson Marine

Emerson is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Order Handler to join the team in Næstved. This position is offered as an interim appointment with the clear intention of transitioning to permanent employment.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

• Creating and registering customer orders
• Following up on orders to ensure timely execution
• Handling invoicing processes
• Maintaining accurate documentation and archiving
• Managing customer communication and correspondence
• Coordinating with Corporate Financial Service and other internal stakeholders 

We imagine that you are structured with strong commercial awareness

• General office or business administration education
• Experience with technical quotations and order handling in SAP (or similar ERP system)
• Experience reading and understanding contracts 
• Solid knowledge of INCOTERMS and payment terms
• Ability to work in a structured manner and follow established processes
• Excellent communication skills in English and Danish, both written and spoken
• Passionate about providing support and delivering quality
