Executive Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leaders in a dynamic, international setting. This temporary role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership, taking full responsibility for managing complex schedules, extensive travel arrangements, and constantly evolving priorities.
 

About the role:

This Executive Assistant position offers a wide-ranging responsibility and is centered around a close and confidential partnership with senior leaders. You will support executives with international responsibilities and frequent travel, making strong coordination skills, adaptability, and sound decision-making key to success.
 
The role spans both classic PA duties and a broader EA mandate, requiring a structured mindset, strong follow-through, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-moving and evolving business environment.
 

In this role, you will:

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings and 1:1 sessions, oversee expense processes, and handle day-to-day logistical matters
  • Maintain clarity and consistency across calendars, meetings, and documentation, ensuring information is accurate and easy to retrieve
  • Support senior executives with administrative and operational tasks, including coordinating international travel arrangements and handling changes as they arise
  • Take an anticipatory approach by preparing leaders for upcoming activities and providing visibility into the weeks ahead
  • Collaborate closely with executives and the EA team to support alignment, dialogue, and effective execution across the organization
  • Assist in urgent or unforeseen situations, including availability outside standard working hours when needed

What we are looking for:

  • A solid background from executive-level support roles, with proven experience operating in a similar capacity
  • The ability to communicate with confidence and professionalism across written and spoken interactions
  • A composed and methodical working style, even when deadlines are tight and priorities shift
  • A strong sense of service and discretion, combined with a clear understanding of the Executive Assistant role as a trusted partner to senior leadership
  • Willingness to work flexibly and be accessible outside standard office hours when business demands it, particularly in an international context
  • Experience working effectively within global organizations characterized by complexity and multiple stakeholders

Language skills

English: Professional fluency, both written and spoken; English is the working language.
Danish: Beneficial but not required.
 

Practical information

Duration: Temporary position for 3 months, with the potential for extension and permanent employment.
Location: Copenhagen area. The role is primarily office-based, with limited flexibility for remote work.
