Your key responsibilities
- Supporting and maintaining manufacturing processes and equipment
- Acting as machine and process owner within your designated area
- Troubleshooting and ensuring maximum production uptime
- Validation and documentation of new machines and processes
- Training and supporting operators in production
- Developing work instructions and process documentation
- Supporting NPI activities, prototype builds, and technology transfers
- Driving process optimization, automation, and continuous improvements

Technical qualifications
- Experience with manufacturing equipment, maintenance, or process support
- Strong process understanding and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of automation and production technologies
- Experience with SMD manufacturing or electronics production is an advantage
- Comfortable working with software, technical systems, and documentation
