Your key responsibilities

• Supporting and maintaining manufacturing processes and equipment
• Acting as machine and process owner within your designated area
• Troubleshooting and ensuring maximum production uptime
• Validation and documentation of new machines and processes
• Training and supporting operators in production
• Developing work instructions and process documentation
• Supporting NPI activities, prototype builds, and technology transfers
• Driving process optimization, automation, and continuous improvements

• Electronics Technician

• Engineer with relevant manufacturing experience 

The most important thing is that you have a strong technical understanding and an interest in production technology and process optimization.

Technical qualifications

• Experience with manufacturing equipment, maintenance, or process support 
• Strong process understanding and troubleshooting skills 
• Knowledge of automation and production technologies 
• Experience with SMD manufacturing or electronics production is an advantage 
• Comfortable working with software, technical systems, and documentation
