Your key responsibilities

  • Design and development of tools
  • CNC setup and programming (including Mazak)
  • Manufacturing and adjustment of tools
  • Service and maintenance of tools and machinery
  • Development of drawings and programs for CNC machines and 3D printers
  • Development and maintenance of test equipment
  • Daily support to production

You are motivated by working both practically and technically, and you are comfortable in a role where tasks vary between development, production, and maintenance.

Your background could be:

  • Toolmaker
  • CNC Machinist / Industrial Technician
  • Machinist

The most important thing is that you have a solid technical understanding and a desire to work broadly within the role. 

Technical qualifications

  • Experience with CNC (setup and programming)
  • Preferably experience with tool design (e.g., SolidWorks)
  • Knowledge of CAM systems, such as Mastercam
  • Experience with 5-axis machining is an advantage (not a requirement)
  • ERP system and services and maintenance for example D365 and D4
