Your key responsibilities

  • Planning and preparation of NPI builds (prototype and pilot production)
  • Coordination and follow-up on NPI activities
  • Facilitating design reviews in collaboration with R&D
  • Ensuring that materials, tools, and documentation are ready for builds
  • Reporting and follow-up on builds and test results
  • Preparing for production (PQ and release)
  • Contributing to risk management and quality (DFM/DFx)
  • Conduct PPAP for external customers
  • Maintenance of product data in ERP systems (D365)

Your background could be:

  • Electronics Engineer
  • Engineer with experience in electronics or medical devices

You may be newly graduated or experienced—the most important thing is your mindset and willingness to grow in the role.

Technical qualifications

  • Understanding of electronics and manufacturing processes
  • Experience with or interest in NPI, prototyping, or industrialization
  • Knowledge of quality standards (e.g., ISO13485, IPC) is an advantage
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., D365) and technical IT tools

  • You communicate effectively and collaborate across functions
