With this experience, I have built up a comprehensive understanding of the special requirements and challenges that apply in the public sector and politically controlled organisations, such as trade unions, universities and boards.

Newplacement

Since 2007, we have cooperated with municipalities, universities, agencies and trade unions when they have had to dismiss employees. We offer an approach to Outplacement which takes the terminated person as a starting point and, through individual advice, provides support and sparring from being terminated to well underway in the new job What we call Newplacement.

As a primary supplier to the public sector, in recent tenders, we have taken care of new placement courses for state, regional and municipal organisations.

Leadership & Change

Public and politically controlled organizations are often defined by a 2-pronged management in the form of a political management and an administrative management. This means that topics such as communication, role/responsibility and good management become everyday topics to master.
