APV: The working environment game

In October, Louise and Signe from Hartmanns A/S facilitated the APV game at Midttrafik’s LMU seminar. We were thus both managers, working environment representatives and TR, who together discussed the questions that the game contains. Through the good questions and the safe and very friendly guidance from Hartmanns’ consultants, we got through the questions and at the same time prioritized the areas of action. It was a very positive experience for us, and the special thing was that at LMU we discussed the whole organization and did not just focus on individual departments. This led to a really good discussion of the working environment and well-being across the organisation.

Over a long period of 8 months, FTF has worked intensively with a managed well-being process, where in collaboration with Actief Hartmanns we have received great support and help to facilitate internal processes to promote well-being in the secretariat. Actief Hartmanns has designed a process that we have been able to work with on several levels; organizational, group and individual level. We have benefited greatly from the skills that Actief Hartmanns has made available. It has been instrumental in us succeeding in getting a common language around working environment issues – and has increased well-being. We will continue to have a close collaboration with Actief Hartmanns to further develop the healthy working environment FTF.

Course: The supplementary working environment education

If I must highlight something that was particularly good about the course, it is the two facilitators, Chief Psychologist Louise Dinesen and Nynne Poulsen, an expert in positive psychology. They showed a commitment and an empathy that made the content exciting. It is essential for a course. The form of dialogue involvement that was used was very fruitful.
From the course itself, I gained particular inspiration and thoughts about psychological working environment with me, which meant that we now see our APV with completely different eyes. We have already applied this new acquired knowledge to the implementation of our APV. I will from time to time recommend others to take the course and have already done so.
