“Turn the working environment around” is a dialogue-based tool for mapping the psychological working environment and improving well-being in groups or departments. The working environment game complies with the APV regulations, and can be carried out by departments of up to 10 participants.

• The game can also be used for APV investigations with subsequent preparation of action plans
