Every recruitment begins with a meeting between Actief Hartmanns, you as our customer and relevant persons from your organization. Together we will create a job analysis and customize the profile, process, methods and timetable so that it macthes the requirements that your company might have. We will find the adequate consultant for the task, ensuring that he/she has experience from the given industry and match the standards of the position.
We know that you have high expectations to us, and you should have, therefore we believe that your criteria for success should be:
- Success rate/hit rate: Tasks that will succeed with a final recruitment, our success rate is 97%.
- Time-to-fill: The period from the initiation of a recruitment to the signed contract. We believe in pace and momentum.
