Injunction cases

Actief Hartmanns is authorised by the Danish Working Environment Authority (Arbejdstilsynet) to provide advice in the area of psychosocial working environment.

When a company receives an advisory order from the Danish Working Environment Authority, it must use an authorized advisory company in the field of working environment (work environment adviser) to comply with the order and to strengthen the company’s work environment work.

We advise in complex work environment issues and act as an authorised advisor in connection with injunction cases.

We assist with advice in connection with investigations into the psychosocial working environment, as well as in solving concrete problems.
