Supplementary work environment education

The supplementary work environment education on 1.5 day is a statutory continuing education, which annually must be offered all work environment representative.
The framework of legality makes it mandatory for the employer to offer continuing education within work environment.
Hartmanns frequently arrange courses to update work environment representatives’ knowledge in the field. Furthermore, we equip the representatives to the difficult conversations that might arise in the role.

Under the subject “Newest knowledge – and difficult conversations” Hartmanns arrange the following courses in 2018:
