Including qualitative and\/or quantitative mappings.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/article>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"cs-text-section article-background\">\n\t<article class=\"node node--type-cs-text node--view-mode-full node--columns--2\">\n\t\t<div class=\"node__content\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"text__column\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>We offer several methods:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Questionnaires<\/li>\n<li>Dialogue-based methods<\/li>\n<li>Interview and joint mapping<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In collaboration we design a mapping model that lives up to existing legislation and simultaneously include action plans and perspectives for job satisfaction and further work with the work environment.<\/p>\n<h2>The Work Environment Game<\/h2>\n<p>Even though it can sound a bit strange to talk about a &#8220;game&#8221; when working with the environment at your workplace, our experience is that it can be a good way to initiate the dialogue and process.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"text__column\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2>\u201cFlip the Work Environment\u201d game&#8230;<\/h2>\n<p>&#8230;is a dialogue-based tool to mapping of mental work environment and improvement of job satisfaction in groups or departments. The Work Environment Game lives up to the work assessment legislation and is playable by departments of up to 10 participants.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone
