Extensive, in-depth experience<\/h2>\n

Their 20 years\u2019 experience in the job market and the 1,000-1,500 candidates on Newplacement programmes each year make Hartmanns a reliable partner for you, whether before, during or after lay-off situations.<\/p>\n

We tackle both mass lay-offs\/relocations and one-off programmes for both small and large organisations and for municipalities.
\nSome courses are aimed at the Danish labour market and others at the international labour market.<\/p>\n

\u2026is to be the best qualified partner for organisations\u2019 exit programmes and to make sure that they can attract a workforce again. Similarly, it is our ambition to act as a competent sounding board for those individuals who have been laid off, making sure that they continue their careers in a new workplace and in a new way.<\/p>\n

Positive effect in a tough situation<\/h2>\n

Studies show that when the dismissal process is tackled properly and professionally, it creates a positive effect in an organisation. Most people who have been dismissed from their jobs get a shock, which must be processed before acknowledgement of their situation and reorientation can take place. That is why an analysis of how the dismissal has been received is a natural element in the philosophy at the heart of our Newplacement.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

At Hartmanns, the basis of our work is an extension of the Outplacement concept. We have gone one step further and work with what we call Newplacement.<\/h2>\n

The basic hypothesis is that the person who has been dismissed does not just \u201cleave\u201d an organisation but moves \u201cfurther on\u201d, ultimately on his\/her way towards a \u201cnew\u201d goal.
\nIn other words, we pave the way towards a new job. We work on objectives, planning and measures directed at the future. Our view of human nature is grounded in positive psychology: in the individual\u2019s resources, strengths, ambitions and desires for the future.<\/p>\n

In principle, our success rate at finding jobs is never less than 100%.<\/h2>\n

As an extension of a traditional outplacement programme, Newplacement includes maintaining cooperation with the person who has been dismissed until s\/he has found a new job, and during the first 100 critical days in that new job. This applies whether it takes 2 weeks or 2 years for the individual to regain his\/her foothold in a new job.<\/p>\n
